We need your support to expand our reach.

For the 2020 growing season, we will significantly increase our use of climate-friendly farming practices and expand the area under vegetable production by more than 30%, thanks largely to a generous grant from the Windover Foundation! This means, going forward, we should be able to grow, each year, more than 20,000 lbs. of organic vegetables to donate to neighbors in need across Cumberland, Androscoggin, and Sagadahoc Counties. At the same time, sustaining this additional production will involve additional ongoing operating expenses and additional volunteers, so we hope you’ll volunteer if you haven’t already done so, and we also hope you’ll be able to help by buying a charitable CSA share. These shares work much like they do in community-supported agriculture (i.e. “a CSA share”), but instead of the veggies going to you as a paying customer in weekly portions, they’re distributed to people struggling with food insecurity through local food pantries and other access sites.

Please buy your share today and help us help others.

  • $1000 Community Champion

Of course we welcome donations of any size! Thank you!
